GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?!
I was posting on another thread when I realized something! I can have new layers in as soon as five weeks!!!! And I just NOW realized that with Christmas 14 weeks away, all of my chickies will we laying within 14 weeks!

I can offer some quail eggs, i am about to process a pen of older quail, i only get about 4 eggs a day from the pen, but i can save them up if wanted..
i have 2 lemon cuckoo orp's that would go nicely with the roo offered in earlier post. both hen's about 10 weeks old.

no quail here please .... my mom use to raise them to sell for meat and cleaned them right outside my backdoor instead of hers .... while I was very pregnant to boot .... uhhh *shivers* I still get night mares
 
Its ok I get excited about simple chicken stuff too .. like I cleaned out and rearranged the coops and run yesterday and hub finished another "wall" wall on the new one and I got all the coops ands nest boxes arranged in there .....

What type of quail wingstone.... and if you didnt figure out by now, I am always full of questions : ) if u have time!!.......

can you keep males together?

any special winter needs?

how long until processing?

do you clean them like a dove?

Do they also give 1 egg a day? or is it seasonal?

are they easy to hatch in a bator?

What size fencing wire works for them?

will they roost at night and go in like chickens so I can close them up so the weazels dont get them?

do they have any personality like a few of my chickens have? just praying you say no so I dont befriend them!
