Kinmera and Fisher Lady, keep me posted on your progress, I had no choice but to go with the double breasted franken birds. For my customers do not get it....
My goal was to get to 5 pounds by 12 weeks, I never found the combo to reliably do that, I had weights all over the place..

Warning gross subject, if bothered by that, please do not read..

With processing on a regular basis of about 40 per week, I am accumulating a mass of innards that people do not want. I can only eat so many.
I watch the cat's take off with heads out of the bucket, so could I freeze some of these and feed to the cat's on a regular schedule along with the innards.
Wouldn't this be what would get fed for a raw diet anyway

I would think that would be a raw diet.

Does anyone know of anyone that has ringneck doves for sale in PA,NY and OH

I would keep an eye on Craigslist and Hoobly Classifieds for someone local, I see them every few months on both those sites. They are fairly common and cheap, but most of all, you'd probably be rescuing them from someone that bought them at a petstore and later decided they didn't want them.

What do you prefer instead of frankenbirds?

Sounds like a raw diet to me! At least the cats will have plenty of iron. :D And on that note,I will take the innards from the chickens I ordered, you can just plop them in a bag. Thanks!

Also, I see sometimes people wanting raw meat for their dogs, I bet you could sell it there.
