Yes, they did. Probably not fertile, but you know I have to incubate it and see. The males are lavender and 2 of the females are too, the other 2 females are black split for lavender.
These have been very problematic for me, out of 21 chicks, only 12 made it to adulthood and of course 8 were males. I had about given up on them. They are super friendly little birds, about the size of our silkie bantams, but very blue eggs. Even harder to sex than silkies, they don't even seem to crow at 8 months of age.
yep its going around and it's mean SOB,,,,,,long time to go away...you should get some antibiotics asap imho.....lots of coughs, and sinus issues....two cents from Dr stake.....

Kicked my young ones out side this afternoon....they were totally overwhelmed
(and loving it) ...stayed close as I've had fox issues and young chicks are fox bait....well at 6:30 the dog alerted and I set him loose.....he went out with his ears back...and he hasn't returned yet, but I am sure he's chased the fox for a few miles.... went down to pen #2 and gathered the sleeping chicks up and locked them in the coop...day one is looking pretty good....nothing like a good pooch.....

Do you think it has anything t do with the AM gene? Our AM (actually I think she's a mix, so an EE) just laid her first egg in Feb and she is 9 MONTHS (May 2015 hatch)!! Winter came too soon for her liking, I suppose, and spring not soon enough. She took her good 'ole time. And get this . . . She is a BIG girl, biggest bird in the flock and she laid the smallest pullet egg we have gotten to date. Teeny little robin egg size.
Glad it was a success! My girls did well last night. They spread themselves all throughout the coop and slept quietly. I checked on them this evening before shutting the pop door and couldn't believe my eyes - they were all on the roost! Great little girls behaving already.
They really enjoyed being out in the run today, dirt bathing, sun soaking and just generally exploring.

X2... I had it in late November and it was the longest lasting bout of flu type illness I ever had, a nasty strain of it for sure!
Glad they had a good day out, our broodies spent the day out with their littles also, beautiful day for them to enjoy.
We've had a run of odd chicken ailments.... one hen with egg peritonitis, found another hen today with a gaping wound in her side, she is now in the hospital pen since I cleaned out the wound, receiving treats and some peace and quiet to see if it will be able to close from the inside out...and an 11lb rooster with bumble foot, post surgery, in another hospital cage. When it rains it pours!
Oh wow, I hope everyone recovers well, heals up, and gets back to normal soon!
Speaking of bumble foot, does it ever truely go away? I did surgery on Ariel for it last fall and her foot liked almost normal again for a while but looking at her foot now, it looks to be swelled twice the size that it was back then. I was thinking of just culling her instead of putting her through all that again. It has to be awful to run around with bumble foot and even worse to have someone pinning you down and slicing open your foot with no pain killers :/

Nice! I have found them to be very consistent layers once they get started. Now you need to get them into a pen with just Rosco, so you can hatch some purebred Rhodebars.@dheltzel I wanted to let you know, both rhodebar girls laid their first eggs todayit was a really nice surprise
