:caf You’re not in it for the broodies. So what makes you stay with floofy heads, but not cute wittle quail?

The sweet, cuddly factor and they're adorable cotton balls running assertive my yard lol. Mine rarely brood so you're right, I'm not in it for the broodiness lol. The quail were cute, but they were psycho!

Not Calls, but I have Australian Spotted ducks. They are bantams, slightly larger than Calls, but quieter and much better layers. I am close to Pottstown. Right now I only have adults, but will have ducklings in the spring.

Thanks for responding, I will be interested in the babies in the spring! Keep me updated, I am about 50 mins away!

I’m taking advantage of the nice weather, and rearranging the coop. I have to add bedding, and set up the food and water, but you know that isn’t a big thing. I only came in because I have things going in the kitchen. The quail will be moved by tonight.

Big snow/ice storm coming. Hopefully everyone is ready for the storm

We're ready to ride it out. Coops are closed up, oil is full, freezers and pantry are full, and plenty of bread, milk, and TP ;)

Everyone stay safe and warm!
