I am planning to grow out some cochins to sell pullets. I don't like to do that for most breeds, but they are small, so eat less and are sexable pretty young (about 3 weeks).

Maybe next year, If you have some pullets available, I'll get a few with 2~3 ducks. Please message me when you have time this week or next week, and I will take half day off to pick up chicks. Thanks.

Nothing so far. My girls and I haven’t quite got the hang of the broody thing yet. Got 2 egg eaters and a hoarder in the timeout coop though!:barnie
But my 3 baby Marans are doing nicely.:love Kim replaced the one that died. Not sure, but I’m guessing it’s 3 girls.:yesss::fl❤✝

Is it more likely that a (Halloween hatch) cockerel has a smaller comb than his brother, or that a pullet has crazy tail feathers? :pop
They will be laying any day now. I just don’t (want to) buy a cockerel having such a tiny comb.
