I noticed how they look like each other when you posted the picture. Just couldn’t find Sunny’s pictures to show. Sunny is a Polish and Silkie cross.

Both girls from you were super sweet! Sunny is a great layer too. She likes kids more than adults though. She doesn’t want to stay with me for too long, but can sit with my son for an hour.

Anybody in southeast PA interested in Dorkings this year? I’m thinking of adding 2 to my flock, so I’m considering getting 6 or 8 of them and selling the extras. Gotta get in some feed money! I’d love to get a streak of Dorking DNA running through my hybrids! Gotta be girls though, I have 10 roos as it is!

Mindy is 'chicky sitting' this morning. With only 2 little ones left to go out to waiting broodies they were getting lonely and cheeping. So we had her settle on the couch and put them near her belly. Took them all of about 30 seconds to get buried into her fluff. Now everyone is happy.

I wish my huskies were like Mindy. Dang Boo got in the run as I was trying to shut the door. Lost Laverne and had to chase down 4 that escaped the run in the commotion. New yard design in the spring will include a double fence system.
