Welcome to the page! I am newer here but everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. This is a great bunch of people to learn from! And they are NOT kidding about the whole "enabler" thing. Well I found a way to drop 15 lbs real fast ... but it isn't pleasant!

After spending the past 6 days violently sick and then finally having the energy to surf the web only to see something like 4 zillion unread messages, and reading all (ok most) of them, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that you are all NUTS!

Yup. We were going to start with 8 this year as we enter into chickendom. And we're already at 30 and are almost done with our 8x16' coop.

As I told my husband, "We are fully committed to chickens."

My youngest is having an exam under anesthesia for her eyes again. We are trying to determine if we should try another transplant this summer or not. They will also be checking her ocular pressure while she is under.

You will def have more then 2-3 hens! They are too addicting told hubby the same and now we have 20 and 7 just hatched and 2 hens with eggs under them!!
