I can't imagine geese know what you want and what you don't want, kind of like chickens in the garden.
Lets just say I'm skeptical until proven wrong.
in other words,,,,,,you try it first.......then let me know...I can't imagine geese know what you want and what you don't want, kind of like chickens in the garden.

I have 5 I could turn loose in my garden if it is...oh wait...I forgot the 2 babies! I can try it with them 1st & see what they do since the damage there will be much less if they start eating plants too.
I have a spare gander who hasn't been doing his job & was replaced with a younger more vigorous model on Wed.back to researching this so called weeder geese,,, might need a cheap goose or 2,,,,I have an out of control strawberry patch..
never ate goose .....is it good![]()
Quote: strawberries and asparagus both got planted last year, both have survived uncovered,,,but the weeds are so out of control it is hard to find the plant
Hi yes, this is my first time hatching. I was looking at it an from what I'm reading this is common..? I guess they are just air bubbles and they will go away... ho hoping for the best. But on another note. Out of 24 eggs all have hatched great and only waiting on 2 more babies!!!so sweet.
Can you post pics? Are these your first chicks? Could it be a full crop?
