Thanks everyone!! I have 42 more eggs in and so far so GREAT..lol I have 22++ mix marans coming and 6++ coocoo marans coming for the other bator.. keep yalls fingers crossed!!!
 
Sorry I have been MIA lately. Been a busy weekend. I will have to try to catch up on my lunch break... I think I have about 15 pages to read.... Got the coop moved to the final place and started on the run, worked in the garden and went to the md sheep n wool festival. First time there. It was amazing! :)
 
I'm starting to get nervous. We moved here almost 2 years ago, and the beautiful brand new unfinished house next door has stood empty pending a divorce. This weekend for the first time there is activity going on over there. They are working on the house. I put my coops up before I knew anything about laws and such. That being said, all 3 are only about 50 ft. into the property line, and I have roosters crowing day and night! I am really praying some awesome, tolerant country folks get the place, or I could be in for a real headache!

be extra nice to them,,,bribery has always worked to shut my neighbors up,,,,blackmail for some of them..
we can all send you some goodies, then you make up a really big basket for housewarming,,,,,we will keep fingers crossed for you, some folks are very tolerant and others not so much..

I hope they are nice for you! Definatley send a "goodies" basket to them, no one those up! Bribery is the key to good neighbors or blackmail..which ever comes first..
