Now I feel even worse about this...and I'm beyond sorry to anyone who was hoping I'd take some girls.
Something came up (custody crap) and I won't be able to take in any new girls until I've seen a lawyer, paid all the fees ect. I want to make sure things a financially stable again before I bring any new girls home.
Again I'm sorry, hopefully this crud won't take too long or too much.
hope things work out for you.

Looking for people to help relay birds. If I come as far as Indiana, is there anyone who can meet me to help get birds to Grandpa Roo in Lancaster County & BirdByGavin in Bloomsburgh. Anyone else along the route wanting birds can meet me or have them delivered as long as it's pretty close to where I already have to go. All of my excess birds are heading to a swap meet next weekend, so if anyone wants anything now is the time to speak up.
I would like to help out , but we aren't going down to Lanc. Co. till, maybe, the earliest June. Sorry

You worry about that for now. I always have SOMETHING hatching if you decide you need birds later.

Quote: Well, since I don't need to go so far north now I may find someone closer to him to help out. I'll have to recalculate the route & see what town I would end up in now...LOL

did you hear about the big tanker truck that caught fire on 322/80, north/south it was on an over pass/exit. Huge fire...I wonder if it damaged the concrete, if the overpass is damaged structurally....Hey , seriously...when we go to visit family Lanc. Co., there is usually an opportunity to send birdies along...just putting it out there

My Amberlinks from 3yrs ago:

The "whites on the top left, top right and bottom right (not the one in the middle - that one is a Tetra Tint) are Amberlinks. The one on the top left had the most amber coloring of the 3. This batch of 3 I have all have nice splotched of red and amber. Quite pretty, actually. But, I don't have a coop for layers. All I have now are breeders.

. In all seriousness, there are just so many great birds out there. I just have to stay focused on the ones I am "into" now, keep a list of the ones I'd like to learn more about & try not to get too ahead of myself. I am loving the Wyandottes I have, they are wonderful, working on Orps. so I think that will be good for awhile
