Weeelllll...Duncan is "practicing," unfortunately he seems to be more "interested" in Copper than he is the girls...

Then again copper was sitting with his tail feathers all raised and spread out
Kinda like this but his butt was more up in the air...Sorry didn't get a pic of Copper, this is the closest I could find online, Gavin's playing on my phone...

ETA: I was wondering if anyone had done this. I was thinking of getting a male pheasant to cross breed with my bantams next year. I was thinking since chickens are a domesticated breed/species of pheasant (according to what I've been able to find) it might be possible...
