Just made my mom some chamomile tea. First time either of us have had it. First, I tried it and screwed up my face, then added LOTS of honey. My mom finished over half the mug but said she was done after that. I was really surprised how healthy it is for you.

at Roots there is a very good "herb & spice" stand...I get my loose stuff there..hibiscus petals, chamomile, spearmint, orange zest..mix it to your taste..makes an awesome evening tea..no caffeine...also love the jasmine tea (green tea & jasmine blossoms) , so fragrant!!..that one has caffeine.

You are a step ahead of me ....pissant pooch ran off, but when I kept trekking he decided to follow me and play...had I stood at the top of my drive and called him....he'd have come back then said "FU" and been off for a romp...great night for hiking imho

I would love to 'talk' you through the herbs & such!! The woman there is really nice and accommodating..seriously..next time we are down to visit family..we should have a group 'get-together' to roots!! Walk around, talk and see what's-what! ...i am excited to do this...please say we can!!

Wish I wasn't so far away when I want to do things like that...i would love to host a PA get-together..but being in the middle of no-where makes things difficult for most..

...anyway...group trip/meet to roots!!!!!!

the pooches do get mighty frisky in the colder weather..i know mine do!!..crazy buggers!!
