Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

COWS!!!!! We need cows! And horses! And ducks! And geese! And quail, and peacocks, and CATS! We need cats!! Maybe ferrets, and pigs, and donkeys and we can make some mules, and we can .... Woman, watch what you ask me. I may be a city girl, but I love animals!

Lions and tigers and bears....oh my :)

I have sunburn, and I hurt so bad that my eyelashes ache. But! I have the two older poults outside for "good"!!

They were in desperate need of more room, and somewhere I didn't have to smell them!
This is where they have been. The last few days were too cold and wet to have them outside for the day. This morning they pecked two holes in the screen.

This was their day pen when it wasn't too bad out.

This is a chicken. Don't let the fur like feathers fool you! It crows, it struts, it loves corn and lettuce, and goes crazy for FF.

The boys are happy to have head room, and room to stretch their wings.

The chickens loving the straw in the run.

Hey everyone! : D Im located in central PA and Im unfortunately downsizing my flock, too many roos : (. if anyone is interested in a silver laced cochin roo, RIR roo ,silkie mix roo or silkie roo(hatchery quality with no feathers on legs) please let me know and maybe we can work something out. they are all beautiful and friendly. raised with children and friendly . : )

Welcome from Cambria County! Can't help on the roos. Already have at least 3 out of 17 that we know of lol.still have no clue what our 2 silkies are :)

Lol thank you! how old are your silkies? i raise them too .my personal favorite breed :)

They'll be 6 weeks old on Saturday. We're actually new to chickens and these are our first group. We just happened to find the silkies at TSC the one day and couldn't resist getting a couple since they look so cute and everyone raves about them lol. We also have 4 BCMs, 4 EEs, 2 GCs, 2 SLW, 2 OEGBs, and 1 brahma/marans cross.

look like cochins with all the feathers on the legs and feet. love the little rooster on the bottom, very pretty

Thanks, my daughter was mad when the bottom one's comb became prominent..... lol... she will now have to choose between 3 as to which one to keep. Getting overrun with roos!

I was thinking cochin also, but then saw a pic of a d'Uccle so I have no idea.
