Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

They look good Silkie, I will check them tonight to check on air sac, but they looked good in the light..I very seldom get broken eggs...now shaken up is another story.

Yup, I've moved way too many times (in the middle of doing it again) with chickens. The hard part is finding a place that will let you have them, not getting rid of 1 where you can. I would advertise it as having a coop & poultry being allowed. Might actually help you sell it.
Yay! How did they do traveling? USPS wasn't mean to them were they?

Well... Chickens aren't really:oops: allowed, we just made sure it was okay with the neighbors. I might ask the real estate Agent what he thinks.

My little Hercules found a new home today. A 16 acre farm with alpacas, emus, ducks, chickens etc. The lady was very nice and told me I could've certainly contact her in the future for Emu. ;)

Funny story: I had one guy email me asking how I get my dog to not harass the chickens. I didn't even realize I had my dog in one of the pictures.

You guys probably don't care, but when I got home today I checked on my seeds that I planted and I had 2 watermelon sprouts and a teeny tiny oregano sprout! I'm so excited! Spring is here!

Okay guys, I need your help! Have any of you moved with chickens before? We are hoping to sell and move to a place with more land.

I suspect it will be hard to sell my house in suburbia with chickens in the backyard. Is there anybody who would be willing to take my girls for a couple of months until we sold? I would be willing to help pay to feed my girls and yours.

Please let me know if this is evens possibility!

I'd guess that chickens will not be a problem...they are very hip right now....maybe offer to sell the chooks with the house....or the potential buyer will know if they are interested in byc they are good to go with the neighbors.....my two cents....
