Hi ,
I have a very broody hen and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get some hatching eggs in the Doylestown Pa area. I'm not interested in having them shipped. Thank you!

I'm near boyertown, you're about an hour from me. I can give you 8ish eggs out of my laying flock, they're Splash laced red wyandotte over red sexlink hens. All chicks will be blue, hens should be decent layers. Depending on where in Doylestown you are, I can meet you somewhere, maybe green lane-ish? If you want to spend a little extra, I can shuttle eggs along from someone else, we have lots of breeders in the area who have good purebred stock!

Looks like you have a good weather and many happy chicks. It snowed here today.

My chicks are older than yours and have never go outside yet.

Yeah we got a little flurry but nothing stuck luckily enough

I think it's a matter of preference, I like to give mine access to grass asap! I think the sunlight does them good, they look happy scratching around....except for the grumpy meaties
