Try tractor supply! .... ordinances say you cant have more than 6? Just get 10, or 15, or 20

You can look around for locals selling chicks or order the minimum and try to sell the extras on Craigslist. Or check out other hatcherys. Some have a smaller minimum now that weather is improving.
 
Yea they have minimums but shipping is $33.60. I don't wanna get 15 cause I don't wanna try and sell them. I'm gonna go with 6 Golden Buffs I stead cause she said they are excellent egg layers and more docile and nice.

Does anyone have ducklings for sale in clarion county? I had 2 but the one started having seizures and died two days ago.
I have an adult duck hen but at roughly a month old the duckling is still too small to join her and the chickens. I don't really care if purebred or mixed just healthy. I work at TSC so I'm keeping an eye out if we get them in but we only have a week or so left of possible shipments.

It's a buy 1 get 1 free sale! That makes 4 broodys. If they all hatch put at the same time, I wonder if they will co brood. I probably can put some hatched incubator chicks under them too.

Edited: She was faking me out. The girl on the right had laid an egg and now went back to bed with the other girls. Thought I had heard her making the broody noise earlier though. 3 is enough for now!
