hahaha...don't even have kids in the house anymore, other than than Grand Daughter, but well, i am just not there
...we still have some 'littles' to get for everyone, and have to get something for my parents, ( just have to pick it up), but other than that , i think we are good to go.
DH & I are not doing anything for each other as far as "gifts" go...we usually make each other something, but just didn't have the time or health this year to add anything extra to our already insane schedule.
It is so cool to do that if you can, I highly recommend it to everyone. It's amazing what ideas you can come up with.
I like to make things for our neighbor-friends..food-goodies, body scrubs.. that kind of stuff.
Big hit last year was truffles.
I made a few different kinds, DH said I need to keep these things "available" (in the freezer) for him year round..haha, I figured as long as i am making a mess, might as well make a LOT!
Going to be making truffles again this year, nice to have something different to add with the cookies & other traditional items.
