..well Happy Birthday!! I know I am early, but who cares?!!!
Was that goose egg big enough for an instant omelet?? Seriously wondering...has to be what...4-5 chicken eggs worth?!...a 2 people meal, with toast & such.
I am getting ready to start some seeds today.
Have a couple grow lights that we are use to keep the 'house' plants going..they spend all summer outside until it gets too cold. Then we bring them in to keep them alive until they get set free again. They obviously prefer it to inside..can't say I blame them
Looking forward to getting dirt under the fingers nails, even if it is just potting soil.
We are ready for growing season too, but NOT looking forward to the mess of spring though...totally agree with you there!

Thanks Purdy!! Honestly 1 goose egg is enough for an instant omelet! Susan gave me a hand cooking it cause I'd never cooked a goose egg before, but I wound up doing a giant dippy egg with toast
it was soooo good and OH MY GOD the yolk was delicious and so rich I couldn't believe it was just an egg! I can't wait for more honestly. I really wanna hatch out babies but I'm not gonna complain if I wind up with more eating eggs. (well not too much lol). Susan's got a bunch of plants already started with more on the way, once it warms up we'll be attacking the garden boxes and getting them all situated (there are so many weeds it's not even funny ugh). I might have to move the geese over to the other coop if I want Klaus to do anything at all... maybe. I'm not even sure what's happening at this rate, but Susan did mention how she's really only ever seen geese breeding on water and well their pond liner in the run is a little low right now. Maybe some privacy is in order?? I highly doubt Sophie'll stop laying.

I was thinking of laying in the hammock.
