good job!!Whew, I’m aching! The main coop is cleaned out, and the chicks have the run of the place. Of course, they were terrified, and huddled in the back.

I still need to wipe some things down, but I barely got this done before Duckling came back.
Here are the five chicks that made it through the first few weeks. I thought I had; (sold as names, but we know it’s unlikely accurate) BR, RIR, Ameraucana, Rainbow Layer and two Welsummer. One accidentally being a cockerel. Since there are only five chicks...
So, what do I have? The BR, and RIR are there. The beautiful thing in the back is a Welsummer, isn’t it?

Was just talking to DH about cleaning the coop...I would like to repaint it, the inside.
The bottom of the coop is brick, I was wanting to paint the inside of the brick white, just like the wood walls. Would make getting poopy off of it maybe a little easier.
Won't be hard to do, not an overly-large area, I could refresh the walls too while I'm there.
The he said we would be able to see the poop more...well, yes we would... That is kind of the point

>sigh<...he doesn't want to SEE the poop...okay, so NOW I have to think about this.
Okay..done..it is getting paint WHITE!
