Anne, sorry she is ailing. The liquid poops, thin keel and abdominal distension all being present are a really bad sign in my experience. Most likely she either laid an egg internally and has an abdominal infection from it or cancerous tumors of the reproductive system have grown enough to cause blockages and ascites.
A needle aspiration can give you an idea if you want to try. Clear fluid is usually an ascites that you can relieve through draining but it will return eventually. Cloudy fluid is a sign of infection most likely

Post below explains it better than I did.... tried to reply last evening when between calls in ambulance, realized this morning my reply never went through, so reposted it. :th
Then found below post which said things better.

How does her lower belly feel—soft, squishy, firm, or tight like a drum? Is it enlarged? Ascites can be caused by heart failure in young hens, and it can also occur in internal laying and egg yolk peritonitis when the liver is affected. An enlarge abdomen can also occur with lash eggs from salpingitis and internal laying, with oviduct cancer, and in egg yolk peritonitis.

Some people have their vets drain the hen with ascites or they do it themselves. That can be a temporary fix to help decrease pressure and ese breathing. A 16 gauge needle is usually good to use. Ascites fluid is yellow. Another cause of enlarged abdomen is a cystic right oviduct, and when drained, the fluid is clear and colorless.

and also put oil up her vent as far as you can without hurting her

Thanks, I did try that with mineral oil the other night.

How are you doing?

I’m okay, thanks for asking. I just wish there was something more I could do rather than euthanize her, but she is in pain. She is not standing very steady this morning. So it’s time.

As much as I hate saying it, I agree.... it sure doesn't make it any easier though. Wish there was more we could do. :hugs

Banjo is gone, and I only wish I had done it sooner. She must have been suffering a while. The good thing is, it was salpingitis (sp?), which means there was nothing I had done wrong, as best as I know. She definitely had an egg that had become infected. As soon as I cut into her, the smell was terrible. It was different than I have smelled before though.
