9 out of 18 have hatched. I will be taking the unhatched ones out tomorrow. And moving chicks into broader.

Put the 9 that hatched in broader. Unpluged incubator. Took the left over 9 eggs out and cracked them open. 5 did not form anything, 4 had chicks in. Shells was to hard for them to crack open.

The colors I get are always different. Rooster is a Black Australarp and a coup hens are too and some hens are brown and 1 from a mixed hen. And some eggs came from some hens I hatched out last year.

I found 3 new born kittens on Friday night. On a trailer with hay on. Not sure where they came from. So now bottle feeding.

So cute! Do you worry about the winter? I had to resist geting any chick now due to winter coming soon.

We didn't got too much done with our coop during the weekend. Kids had lots of activitites. We finished all the rafters, two stairs, and framed the doors and windows. Didn't take any picture. Will take photos after roofs on.
