Yes! The kids could barely pull the doors shut at the bus stop and DS had to physically shut the trunk instead the auto close!
 
Did everyone hear? I guess Gov Wolf issued a state of emergency and all Pennsylvania schools are closed for the next 2 weeks. I don't know if it's the same for colleges or not but i do know that at least at our school, the kids are not doing online classes during this time and these 2 weeks do not need to be made up. I truly feel for all those parents of young kids that will have to miss work for two weeks now because of no childcare....

Two weeks is not too bad. However, because we are just at the starting of this mess, I'm afraid it will turned much longer. That will really become a big issue. I do hope they give up the plan of online course for kindergardeners. That's not such a good idea.

Don't worry. There will be financial help from the government soon. They have to help people, or the entire country will be in a much bigger trouble than the virus itself. After people start to stay home, the disease will be quickly under control. Will still take a few more weeks though, because we have delay of testing etc. The best thing that we can do is to keep calm and try your best to help stop it from spreading. Most people don't need medical treatment anyway, so don't go to doctors if it's not necessary.

I literally just spoke to my in-laws, and they never said a word about school being canceled. They might not know. :duc
