peoblem with a new automatic egg turner

Hi,

i have purchased a new HovaBator auto egg turner 1610 , and i think the motor is stuck ,
it makes alot of noise and gets very hot!!

this is a video that i have captured yesterday :

is this normal motor?

I have two of this automatic turners i can assure you that the sound (noise) it is not normal it sounds to me like a worn or stuck gear
Did you noticed any move ? (i think not)

no it's not moving =\ , the seller said that he is sending a new motor to me,
so i can't use it now . can i remove the motor and rotate the turner by hand?
