This is (supposed to be) with the councilman, wear business appropriate clothes if possible and come prepared to defend chickens with facts.

I will not be able to attend as far as I can tell, there will also be coupons from Standard Feed for two free chicks... one for each member in attendance or until they run out of coupons.

Is the council trying to restrict the ownership of chickens in Duval County? I have not heard anything about this meeting until now.
