Okay, now I know how it works.
1. Start up 1.6.4
2. Click the Realms button. It can take a few seconds to show up sometimes, so try waiting a little if you don't see it
3. Click the little letter icon the says "New invitations!" when you hover over it
4. Join the realm called BYC Test Server

Assuming I entered your names correctly, it should work.
