pepper seeds from raw peppers - OK to feed to poultry??

Is it OK to feed raw pepper seeds to the chickens? Feeding cayenne pepper is fine so are the raw seeds OK? any advice appreciated, thanks!

It'd be perfectly okay. I mix Cayenne pepper with my bird's feed. It helps with their respiratory system, egg laying, and many other things.
