I'm not sure what you mean by 'perch caddy' but here's a few pics of roosts for chickens...for the flocks comfort do use 2 x 4's laying flat. This way they are more comfortable and in winter months they can lay on their feet for warmth.


The pic above is showing the use of a 2 x 2 ....wrong!


In the pic above a great layout except the roosting bars shouldn't be so high from the poop tray. Lowering it would be ideal.


In the pic above, this is an ideal setup. Note that the roost bars are not way up in the air as the previous pic. And by the way, poop trays are a must-have!


A simple setup...top roost bar is a bit too high up.


In pic above note how the roost bar itself is 'removable' .. ideal for cleanup time.
