Suspended from the ceiling make it easy to clean under. These are made from 2x4 and cut at 2.5" wide then the cutoff is screwed to the bottom. The low roost in 1st pic is 3' off the ground the top is 4' off the ground. there 8' long. the 10 week old chicks all roost on the top bar.

Just throwing more ideas out there. btw the bare wood in top pic is the roost.
