Permethrin treatment for lice

Hi all. I need some help with lice treatment. I was able to pick up some Boss Pour-on (5% Permethrin) to treat my flock after discovering wing lice. I've been reading posts here about diluting and spraying but I am not sure about the dilution ratio. Also I have 2 chicks that are 8 days old and have spotted lice in their little wings. Should I treat them so young with the permethrin or wait? And at what strength and how much?
And then the coop... Do I use the same strength to spray the coop? And what's the best strategy for cleanup... Remove bedding & clean the coop first then treat chickens? And I guess clean out all the old bedding and mulch in the pen too. And then repeat it all again in 10 days?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Is it labeled for use on poultry?

No. It's for goats, sheep & cows. Boss pour-on. It says to apply 3ml/100lb body weight.

I have seen .5% as a dilution ratio using permethrin 10% (200 ml in 1gal)
If the desired rate is .5% and I am starting with 5%
Am I right to go with 200 ml in 1/2 gal?
