Perosis? Splayed legs? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Please HELP!!! I don't know what to do. Scarlett has been like this for 2 days now. Her left leg is extended and I have to hand feed her to eat. Should I put her down or is there a way to fix her? Is it splayed legs? Is it Perosis? What can I do?

Awww man. Her Hock is swollen and stiff. She can't walk, pooping on herself and I've been hand feeding her. I was really hoping there was another solution to save her.
