Persistent Gleet?

We've treating her everyday, twice a day and she seems to be having a resurgence again?
Her vent is messy and her back feathers were dry for a couple days and are wet again. The smell has returned. When I soaked her a few days ago she was kind of dripping? Clear fluid. It looked like water almost.
I can still give it to her orally but like... am I missing something? Am I supposed to be cleaning up her vent more often? Does she have something else? I put apple cider vinegar, just a splash in the gallon waterer they have, could that mess things up?
When was her last egg?

Dripping clear fluid sounds like it may be Albumen. I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 for a week, see if she expels any material.

Make sure water stations are clean and that food is not getting moldy. Sometimes a hen may have more than one condition going on at a time.

She laid one day before yesterday, I was actually joking with people about having to watch the three cycle through the nesting box waiting to collect the eggs. Best I can tell all three are laying daily since there were 6 eggs in there.
I saw the inside of the waterer today and it's clean. I sort of raise out the water ring whenever can because they're chickens, they like dirt.
I'll double check the food in the morning since we were having issues with water getting in about a month ago.
She seems to be pooping normally but sometimes when she goes it kind of looks like it's covered in brown gravy? I tried to find a photo that looked close enough online and after 15 minutes, determined I might just have to take one if you want it.
I'll have a long into the stuff you mentioned and see about getting it in the mail asap.

So I checked the coop today and I don't think she laid today but the sun has been hiding again so it might be normal?
As of today her back feathers are dry again and she doesn't look like she's having the watery drips. I wasnt able to get a picture of her droppings (I'm not sure how helpful it would be but there's a lot of charts online so chicken must be important somewhere)

I'm sorry if I sound dismissive in anyway, I hit my head in the chicken coop today and I'm hanging out at the ER for the moment xp
Thank you for any insight you have

I hope you are ok!?!

It sounds like the brown gravy poop you saw was a Cecal Poop. Those are stinky sticky poops that are expelled about once out of every 8-10 formed poops. It's a normal thing to see Cecal Poop.

Not dripping and having a dry bottom is a good sign, hopefully she's on the mend and this issue is resolving.

Okay, then I'm just going to watch her and hope her butt stays dry. It's pretty cold her right now.

And yeah, so far they say I'm okay.
Apparently, I have a concussion but should be alright without any medical intervention. I should have been watching where I was going but that door is just low. If we go to extend the run, I'm demanding a full sized door. Lol
