Someone told me that they posted pics of their new chicks in their personal album but I can't find a link to direct me there.

Go to their profile, scroll all the way down to see their pictures/albums.

There also might be a personal page/article. The link is "my coop" under their avatar.

Where do I find their profile?

Hover your cursor over their user name, you will get a drop down. click on view profile. I think that's about the easiest way.
