Personalities in chickens

I have got the sweetest hen, she stays by my side the whole time I'm in the coop, she will even let me pick her up. I have to watch my every step because she will get under my feet and even stand on my shoes..

They are something else, I have a rooster that always comes running to peck me and squack at me untill one day I picked him up and told him he may be the man of the bunch but I own you. he quit pecking me and keeps his distance.

Mine run to me every time I open the back door, they follow me round the garden and into the house, and jump up onto my knee when I'm on the sofa.
One girl once even laid an egg right in the middle of my living room floor!
They know when it's suppertime, and they come and shout at the back door for treats before bed.
One stands at the door of the coop and calls the others to bed at night.
One talks over me when I'm on the phone.
Two of them seem to like dustbathing on my back doormat!
They make me laugh so much and have been my therapy during lockdown ❤❤
