Personality Plus chickens

Haven't had chickens since I was a kid, and that is some time ago. I don't think I ever realise they have such wonderful personalities. We got our three girls before they started laying and there was great excitement as each one laid their first egg. All three are now laying, foraging arouond the backyard, coming up to say hello. Loving it. I had a query which I asked on another thread and which some people have already answered. One of the girls is trying to lay two eggs some days - one is fine and the second is very soft shelled. we are feeding layer pellets and have just got oyster shell for them so if it is a calcium problem that should help.
