Found a very few of these on one of my birds today, and would like to know what they are, and best way to treat if possible!

Bird lice.

You'll need to treat all birds, coop, and nest boxes with either a powder or a spray containing permethrin. Permethrin 10 is often recommended and what I have used.
You will need to do a repeat treatment seven days after the initial.

Sounds simple enough, now whether or not I do a good job first try is another matter!
Thank you!

Thank you!

I used the liquid but my issue was in warm weather.

Poultry and garden dust is a powder. Wear a face mask, use a head lamp, grab a sleeping chicken from the roost. Dust under the wings, the vent and work some into the body feathers down to the skin. Set bird back on roost.
Probably best to have a helper and both of you wear face masks and eye protection.

To clean the coop......
Remove all bedding and nest box material. Either burn or bag for city pick up.
Treat the roost, nests, coop walls, corners and all nooks and crannies with the spray. Keep the birds out while it dries.

You will really appreciate the spray for the coop.

This is lice a prefer the powder. The first thing people think of is can I get this and that is no. You will want to powder all your birds. Clean the coop and powder new bedding and anything they come in contact with.
