Pet Quality Seramas

Question, how do you know what is pet versus show quality?
when I breed, I breed for SOP of the serama-american and malaysian. Most of my pet qualities have longer backs, not perfect vertical wings or disqualifications such as wry or squirrel tail. They may also have smaller, lower chests. You can look at the ASA and SCNA and Serama USA website or facebook pages as to what a serama should look like. I also breed heavily for character and temperament. I sell pet quality for $10-$40 a bird breeder quality $50 and up and show quality $100 and up. Every show or breeder will not produce all show or breeder quality birds but have a better chance to pass down desirable traits to offspring. Hope this helps
