My relative has a pet male turkey.
Legs and feet seem to be swollen.
From my understanding, he was hit with a golf cart about two months ago.
He has two courses of antibiotics.
I visited him for the first time in several weeks and he was doing what he has been since the injury: sitting in his shed on the hay.
I brought him watermelon.
When he saw the watermelon, he stood up to eat it, but then sat back down.
When I walked toward him and noticed that his legs looked swollen and reddish and bluish.
This seems to be the reason why he is not walking.
The family isn’t interested in paying anymore bills.
Any ideas for what to do to bring him comfort and relief and a cure?
Thanks for any ideas,
