Petri was a single chick that beat the odds and became a very friendly button. He keeps changing colors which I find very interesting, haha. Just figured I'd give an update to anyone that's been following his story.

Oh and I'm also looking to put him in bigger cage with 2 budgies. I want it to be a unique looking cage with plenty of places for him to hide as well as plenty of room for the parakeets. If anyone has any ideas/cage plans let me know.

Very cute. I have been thinking about getting a couple of buttons for the bottom of my flight cage. I have 12 finches in the cage and they create a lot of waste.
 
Yes, they are known for bottom feeding BUT still remember that they should get their own diet as well
smile.png


And make sure, in case there is a wire bottom, to have some soft spots for the cbbq
