Pheasant chick colors

So I purchased 55 pheasant eggs. They are all hatching today. I woke up to about 20 so far and 3 turkeys. They are the standard ringneck pheasants.....I'm curious about one of them though. Unlike the rest, it is white. I'm curious to know if it will stay white? This is my first go-around with them and know nothing about pheasants.

Can't tell by that pic but I do see a melanistic chick in the back and it's a female...the white crescent under it's neck is indictive of a female, males will have a white face an breast. Can you get a better pic of the white chick?
 
I suppose it's possible. I just looked at this photo of the flock where the eggs came from and there is a white pheasant in there. Lucky Me.
Ok that explains why I saw melanistic also, in the second pic I can see melanistic males too! The white chick is probably a jumbo white ring necked.
