pheasant chicks not standing????

I have 1 alaskan snow pheasant, 3 Black melanistic, and a couple of bobwhite
quail that have trouble standing and walking. They are about 3 weeks old.
I thought that maybe they aren't getting enough protein but I don't really know.
I need help!!!!
