Pheasant culling

Hello all!
I was wondering at what age would be good to cull my pheasant males? They way out the hens 5-3 and are starting just be jerks to each other. They will be 20 weeks October 26.

I would go ahead and select the best cockbird now and cull the others- the longer you wait, the higher the risk of them injuring one another
