my husband brought home some pheasant eggs yesterday day as he accidentally killed the mother with a tractor, i have kept them warm, but i dont know how old they are or if they are even alive, i have tried the float test but i dont know if it works on really young eggs as everyone seems to say to do it on late hatchers. they do sink with the narrow end down and the broard end at the top? does anyone know what this means?? any help would be greatly apprecieted.
