They enjoy going outside, they can run and stay healthy.

Yes the one does look like a male because of the circle around his eye. If I can find a guide to telling them apart I will load it for you.

Ringneck chicks at 1 week old

This is the Blue Melanistics

Black melanitics

Also Waterfowlwierdo- When you recieve your chicks they sould have a white ring around their neck that they will loose as they get older. It is pretty amazing that they are born with white on them

Thank you for the information.
I need to say that I love the melanistic ringnecks, I see in them more garnishee.
Thanks

I would do them way before ringnecks. They are calmer and you can actually walk into their pens without ducking for cover like ringnecks. I think they also get a little bigger than ringnecks also not sure tho never weighed them.

My ringneck chicks are imprinted on me and they don't scare of me, only don't want to touch them.
I can disapear from their eyes, but they try to find me, and when they can't find me, starts tweeting very loud, I can listen them when they are far away to me, When I call them, starts running very fast to me. Now are very closer to me, I wish that never changes, but I know that is imposible and I need to get them inside the pen....
If they don't have any enemys and can live without my protection, I can let them, but only thinking that they could hapen anything to my little babies....
