I would appreciate a little advise. I am incubating Silver Pheasant eggs. I remove them from the bator 3 days before hatch date and place them in my hatcher. My bator temp is 99.5 and 54% humidity. My hatcher temp is 99.5 and 75% humidity. A few of my eggs are hatching fine but most of them are not hatching at all. The eggs contain fully formed chicks that have not penetrated the iner membrane. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but it's got to be something. Any help would be much appreciated.
