Pheasant pattern???

I have a male and female. The male has more of the dotted pattern…you can see from the top view. The female is more subtle. Both are crested, muffed, and booted. 3rd generation Olive Eggers. I’m just wondering what is the color called if I was to plug them into the chicken breeding calculator? And is there a particular breed that looks like this? Maybe the Crested Cream Legbar?? Both would have this breed in their genetic background. What feather pattern do we call the CCL??

I'm so sorry I thought you were saying "what color is this pheasant?" and I was gonna have to break it to you "that's a chicken!"

I BELIEVE it'd be an e+ partridge (not eb partridge) for your pullet. your boy there, while beautiful is still getting some of his big boy feathers and I am not great at IDing mixed boys, as some of those things when genes combine you get fun variations. He does look blue based though, that'll be fun!!

I wouldn't call them legbars, they'd be either some sort of egger (olive, if they lay it) or backyard mixes

Awesome. Thank you. They are F3Olive Eggers. Definitely a mixture. Was just wondering where that spotted feathering comes from, but I realized the daddy has Legbar in his genetics, so it is Leo ably coming from that line.
