Hi Justin,
I have a 2008 pair of impeyans for sale.It takes them 2 years to color out.They do very well in the winter.The impeyans I have for sale are from Alaska.They can be loud,but not even close to a peacock.

have you tried listing the ones we talked about today, here on this site to find someone local? that might work too,
pretty birds,

my pheasant sounds like a bad starter on a car and that is only during mating season, otherwise you wouldnt know he is here.
