How do you guys keep your pheasants from breaking off their tails?

Good question! I don't know the answer but would like to know myself. I have month olds and their baby tails are looking a little ratty right now because they are a little overcrowded. Should be done with the pheasant pen tonight though and they will have a lot of room then.

They need a huge pen.Most break them off from turning around in a small pen and when a penmate steps on it.

as soon as i get out of school on friday im going to start working on a 10'x20' pen. hopefully that will wix the problem
