Pheasant wormers

I need to worm golden pheasants that are about 2 1/2 - 3 months of age.

What medication and dosage is recommended?

Also, I am thinking I should ahead and deworm the adults and any younger pheasants at the same time.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Hello!

I usually use Fleming Wazine 17 Turkey, Chicken & Swine Wormer. Never had an issue with it and works pretty well. Doses are on the bottle and are are accordance to flock size/bird size as this water soluble.

This my opinion, but I usually de-worm my entire flock at once and have done it for years.

Anyone have other suggestions?

Bang for the buck, Valbazen (albendazole). It will treat all worms that pheasants get, except for tapeworms.

Wazine does not kill the disease causing worms use valbazen or ivermectin sheep drench.

Sorry didn't see this until now. Both @casportpony and @Midnightman14 are correct, I use Valbazen with excellent results.
