If you put a pile of play sand in their pen,they will dust bath themselves.I assume you mean with water?I have never heard of anyone wanting to bathe their pheasants.They are so jumpy,I don't think they will let you.

I know they bathe chickens with some kinda oil,but a pheasant?I think you will find them hard to handle,even if you do get them tame.
