Phenylbutazone??

My four Barred Rock laying hens got into my horse's grain pan this morning and cleaned up a bit of sweet feed that had molasses and a gram of phenylbutazone (bute) in it. Bute is an antiinflammatory.
Will this hurt my hens? Should I eat their eggs or hold off until it's out of their system? How long would that take?

I would call your horse vet and ask this question. I would definately not eat eggs until you know.
